Nou local de la clínica dental on tot és molt net, ben organitzat i tot l’equip molt professional i amable. Està dirigit pel Dr. Salvador Torregrosa. Servei d’ortodòncia pedriàtica i d’adults, cirugia, implants, neteja dental… Molt recomenable

Buenas. MI experiencia con Salva es inmejorable. El trato siempre ha sido espectacular. MI hija tenia unos problemas bucales que otros centros no se atrevían a tratar y Salva, después de ver a mi hija, me dijo lo que había y que se podría intentar hacerle un tratamiento. Se realizo y todo salió perfecto. Desde entonces es el dentista de toda la familia. Siempre atento y buen precio. Yo solo puedo decir que estoy muy contento.

Llevaba una prótesis fatal, pero con la primera prueba salí muy satisfecha y aún no habíamos acabado. Lo recomiendo por la amabilidad, trabajo y atención. Presupuestos muy acordes con el trabajo realizado. Gracias Salva por la atención que has tenido conmigo.

I asked for two apointments for my child: for orthodont and to treat a caries. I explained that the caries gets bigger every day and asked for an early date. I explained that to 2 staff members on the reception. They told, Ok, we don't have a time earlier, but you will come and make everything together. We waited for 2 weeks for a visit, and when we came - it turned out that we only had an appointment at the orthodont, and he couldn't treat my child's caries, of course. And they didn't make any appointment to another doctor who can treat it! We waited for 2 weeks! I came several times trying to reschedule our caries treatment for an earlier date - so they've heard about it several times, and finally, surprise, they don't have it at all. We just lost the priceless time, so if you have a child - it's better to go to a public dentist than here. The prices are high, but I won't spend my money here, just because they don't know what to do on the reception. Also I wrote them 2 emails and filled a contact form on the website trying to arrange a visit - they never answered. I will never come back, though it's near our home. The orthodont is great, but the reception girls... Fail. I don't have enough words. P.S. In the answer below, they are lying. I told that the child has caries, so we have 2 problems and we need both treatment and orthodont, in the very beginning. The receptionist arranged a visit on Wednesday, so she didn't listen to me because now it turns out that they don't have a specialist to treat caries on that day. It's not me, it the receiption girl who didn't understand what I said, or maybe she just decided that it's enough to make a preliminary visit to another doctor and then arrange another visit to a correct specialist again, 2 or 3 weeks later... I don't know what's in her head, but I explained everything. After that I came for the 2nd time, explained that the caries grows and we are worried, and asked for an earlier date. She arranged a 2nd visit on Monday then, so starting from that moment she exactly knew and understood about the caries. But after that I came for the 3rd time and asked to reschedule Monday's visit because my child had school classes at that hour and I didn't know about that before. I didn't ask to cancel it, that's a lie. I asked for another time. Then she told me that they don't have another time, so we can just come on Wednesday and she will cancel Monday's appointment. That's all she said, so I was sure that we still can get a treatment on Wednesday at least. And she knew about caries and that I was worried about urgency. But instead of rescheduling, she just canceled it, that's all! Obviously, she doesn't care about time and health, the only important thing about client is to pay for the visits and to write a 5-star review. And now we can see that they don't only fail with the service and appointments, they additionally don't admit it and lie and blame the client. What a shame! Also those words about the budget, what is it? Trying to convince me? The reason is not the finances, but the attitude and such important mistakes. I can pay for the treatment for sure, by the way, they didn't give me a budget for the caries treatment, because - yes, they didn't have that specialist on the day of the visit. Orthodont is good doctor, expensive budget, and I don't know why they are still talking about invisible option, because the doctor recommended us another one, more reliable option. We were going to think about the steps and everything. But after this epic fail with appointments you will never see my money. Thanks God, there are a lot of adequate clinics around. I can pay more or less, or I can go to a public doctor, but not here. And I do not recommend this clinic because of the attitude, I don't beleive them anymore. Decide yourself...

Tras años y años divagando por varias Clínicas Odontológicas Gracias a la recomendación de mi hermano y al Dr.Salvador Torregrosa ( que por cierto, hace buen honor a su nombre que salva y arregla lo insalvable) nada más, que puedo divulgar que tanto él, como todo su equipo son unos profesionales impecables y exquisitos y te hacen sentir desde el primer día mejor que en tu propia casa.En Fin…que estoy Maravillada con todos ellos.
